How a quote is produced

  1. 01

    You describe the outcome

The product or workflow, who it is for, and any system it already has to work with.

  2. 02

    We write the boundary

What is in, what is out, and what we still need to know before a price is fair.

  3. 03

    The proposal states the terms

The price, how payment is split, and what is handed over. Work starts after that is agreed.

  4. 04

A new requirement is priced first

Something outside the written scope changes the price and the timeline. We agree that before the extra work starts.

What each price includes

You receive

  • A small working first version, limited to the features written down before we start.
  • That feature list is the limit of the free offer and of the ₹3,999 (about $42) price.

Not included

  • Features beyond the agreed list
  • Hosting, domains, and third-party or model costs
  • Ongoing support after delivery
  • A full product, or an open-ended team

How the price is set

The listed price of this limited MVP is ₹3,999 (about $42). While the offer is on, a few of these developments are free. If the requirement is larger than the agreed feature list, we quote that difference before the extra work starts. When the offer ends, the listed price applies again.

Founders who can describe the product, who it is for, and the features the first version needs.

You receive

  • A written scope, a price, and a definition of done before work starts.
  • The agreed feature, integration, tool, or API.
  • A handover of what was built, within that scope.

Not included

  • Work beyond the written scope
  • A full product, a new design system, or an open-ended backlog
  • Hosting and third-party subscriptions, unless the scope includes them
  • Ongoing support after handover, unless the proposal includes it

How the price is set

Starts from ₹1,50,000 (about $1,579) when the work is one feature, one integration, or one API, on a system we can inspect, with the outcome written down first. Several user roles, billing, a new data model, or a product that does not exist yet is quoted above this. The proposal is the price.

A feature, integration, tool, or API that can be described before work starts.

You receive

  • One mid-level engineer on your work, for the days agreed in writing.
  • A named split: who specifies the work, who reviews it, and who accepts it.
  • A monthly check on what shipped and what moves next.

Not included

  • A whole team, a tech lead, or a specialist seat at this rate
  • Unlimited requests, or ownership of your roadmap
  • Hiring, line management, or an on-call rota, unless agreed
  • Hosting, licences, and third-party usage

How the price is set

₹1,50,000 (about $1,579) per month is the starting rate for one mid-level engineer, for at least one month. It is not a team price. Senior, AI, or infrastructure work is quoted from the skills you need. Availability, notice, and what happens at the end of the month are in the proposal.

Product teams and agencies that can say which skills they need and who accepts the work.

You receive

  • The workflow written down, including what the system must not do.
  • Implementation against one main system.
  • A written check of the main path, and a handover of how it runs.

Not included

  • A second system, a private data platform, or a security review, unless scoped
  • Model, API, and hosting bills, unless the proposal includes them
  • Ongoing tuning, monitoring, or a support retainer
  • A guarantee about model accuracy

How the price is set

Starts from ₹2,00,000 (about $2,105) for one workflow, one main integration, a way to tell a good result from a bad one, and a deployment you can run. More systems, private data, or a security review moves the price. This fee is the implementation. Model, API, and hosting costs are identified separately.

Teams that can name the workflow, the data, and what a good result looks like.

Questions before you write

The proposal lists the deliverables, what is out of scope, and how you will know the work is done. The price matches that list. A conversation is not the scope.

Ownership and handover are set in the project agreement, including the code, accounts, and access created for the work. The page does not replace that agreement.

Milestones, or the monthly rate and its notice period, are written in the proposal. We do not publish a single payment schedule, because a plan, a feature, and a monthly seat are not billed the same way.

A change inside the written scope is part of the work. A new requirement is estimated and agreed before it starts, and it can move the date.

Maintenance, monitoring, and support after handover are included only when the proposal says so. Otherwise they are a separate engagement.

Hosting, domains, third-party subscriptions, and model or API usage are identified separately unless the proposal includes them. Those bills can continue after our work ends.

The agreement names ownership, handover, and any support after delivery. A proposal does not start the work. See the services.
